Im looking at getting my first road bike and was wondering what bike I fit on? Here are some body measurements, stander over / inseam 82.5 cm with half an inch of room in-between the top tube and my Jules im 6'1 and have an arm reach of 72.5 cm

Cycling inseam is measured to saddle-like crotch contact in bare feet. Your cycling inseam is probably a lot longer than the figure you posted.
