I feel the ITT on a climb will make for great tele but is a bit unfair. dont climbers already have enough advantage on the tour without this ?

With a 60k flat TT only a few days later any advantage will be lost. Then consider that in reality the climbers lost an entire stage in the Alps for one 15k TT. Every year the TT guys get two ITT's so hat's off to the ASO for this wrinkle. Every pundit and Tour route guesser(myself included)had the first TT near Limoges into Gueret

What helps the climbers more than a MTT is the fact that the mountain stages are packed towards the end of the race.
