Does anyone know if any exist? My sister-in-law is a marathon runner, my brother would swim, and I get to bike. We all live in the DC/Philly area, but would be willing to travel. Could we qualify to go to Hawaii? Thanks in advance.

No Hawaii, but independantly run Ironman distance races have teams. Try the GFT ironman in Florida, Clermont. I think the race is this weekend so enter early (just kidding). The race is this weekend, try http://www.triflorida.com click events, look at calander and plan for next year. enjoy.

Our biggest local Tri is the Lifetime Fitness Tri. It's one of the short tri's.
Internationall course: .75 mile swim - 21 mile bike - 4.7 mile run

Hopefully this link will take you to the relay results page.

but the Ironman-lenght tri (which also had a half-iron option) put on in mid-Missouri by the Ultramax folks had a relay division in 2003. I assume they'll have it in the future as well, and I think Ultramax puts on events all over so there may be one closer to you.
