How do I keep my cleat from moving???andy02

I have a pair of speedplay zeros and love them but I can't keep the cleat in one place. I have tried tighting them but the keep moving after a week or so. Should I use T-tape or lock tight? I don't want them to be stuck forever I just don't want them to move when I am riding.
Grease the bolts before you bolt them in (nm)TJeanloz

And then make them very tight. The grease enables you to tighten the bolts beyond what you could without it.

Do you mean the plate part which mounts to the actual shoe sole? If so, I had the same problem. I solved it by using red Loctite and a t-handle phillips driver. Those suckers haven't come loose since:) Don't worry about not being able to remove them again. With a good quality t-handle driver you can exert enough torque to remove them again.
