Oct 20, 2003 9:35 AM | | I went out east this past weekend to visit my daughter at college, Swarthmore, Pennsylvania. I had hooked up with Swatdawg after my daughter's cross country meet on Saturday to ride for a couple of hours. Swatdawg attends the same school as my daughter. We had a great time although I almost had to turn off my heartrate monitor because of the readings I was getting on some of the climbs, the problem with being a flatlander from Illinois. Awesome climbs and descents, beautiful scenery and good company. Next time I have to bring my digital camera to really share the experience. Great weekend riding with a fellow RBRer. |
