|My Tacx Tao water bottle cage cracked at the rubber gaskets that meet the frame. I got a little overzealous with a frozen water bottle a couple of months ago. I emailed Tacx about a replacement part - but none made. Ochsner (the US distributor) then emailed me to tell me to ship the cage back for replacement. I got a new one a week ago.
I thought I would mention this experience becuase this board is filled with rants against Performance or Nashbar or ...well...some manufacturer or another. Its' nice to hear about a company standing behind their product.
PS. Rudy sunglasses are great with customer service too.
