|I'm teaching a progressive cycle program with about a half dozen registered people in a spin class setting and was hoping for some input. After a couple workouts to ease them into riding indoors I did 3 weeks of VO2 max intervals; 3 x 3-4 mins on... 1-1.5 mins rest. What do you think should be the next phase? I'm thinking of going into cruise intervals of 5-10 mins and see how they react to that before moving into some really short hard anaerobic stuff. The program ends in December.
