Calling PseuZQ - Did you ever do Tioga Pass?Fr Ted Crilly

I think it was a few weeks ago that you said you were going to do it, but I haven't seen or heard anything on this board about it. What side did you go up, how tough was it and what was the traffic like? I'd be worried about all those motorists staring at the scenery and not the road, (I know I did)
If you've already posted a report, maybe someone could let me know and I'll search again.
Thanks, Ted.

Very fun. I'll post more tomorrow, I promise. (Inluding a report -- watch this space) I rode from Crane Flat to the eastern entrance gate and back. 94 miles total. Hard, but not steep. Still had some juice left at the end. If I'd had more time I probably would have dropped down to 395 and back up.

Thanks for asking...I've been busy and a little distracted over the past week, because as soon as I returned I started prepping for a double this past Saturday. (A test ride hosted by the Marin Cylcists.)
Oops. Sorry for the 5XL picture.PseuZQ

Looks like you had perfect weather, too. Look forward to the report.

I got the email for the test ride too, but I had something planned. Sounds like it has lots of climbing. I love riding in Marin County. Let us know how it goes. The Bay Area needs more local doubles.
