is tri spokes instead of quad. quad makes you look a little fredish. otherwise, you're perfect.

I am certainly no pro but you look "scrunched" to me. Also, nice gear combo!

Looks like the last picture you sent. Saddle is too high and the stem is still stubby.

The guy does look powerfully built, more like a fullback than a cyclist.
Any more compact would be considered fetal position. nmdeet

What kind of cage are you using to get your saddle mounted water bottles so low. The ones that I've found mount them so high I cannot move about the saddle without running into the bottles with my butt. I really need to carry more water and would love to know what you are using.

As for my nubie comments on your fit. I fit about the same on my bike ..... for me it's too scrunched up. It looks like if you got real aero your knees would be banging your elbows. For the type of riding I'm doing, I'm comfortable for now. If your about to do a TT and plan to be low and sleek ... you may want to work with a pro fitter. You might be just fine ... hard to tell from a picture. Disclaimer: I don't know what I'm talking about .

So has he signed his pro contract yet?...

I think I have discovered the secret behind his blistering speed... working the old 53x27 combo (on what looks like a slight downhill) is a sure sign of pure power. No wonder he can turn out such a good 10km. time trial performance!

i'm sure YOUR perfect, mr African. nmSteve_0

Hunched over like that and wearing a visor? How do you keep from running into things?

Dude, you're getting ready for a TT!! Bring the saddle forward (and up a bit) and slap on some aero clip-ons.
