If you could only buy one: Marty Friel's Road bike Training Bible (3rd ed.), Fred Metheny's Complete Book of Road Bike Training, or Chris Carmichael's Ultimate Ride...Which one would you choose to plan out a race training scheduale? Can anyone please offer any insites or experiecnces with any of these road bike training guide books?
Thanks again.

If you run across a copy of Richards, Cycling For Fitness. It too would be well worth the read.
