|Where I live it gets really cold in the winter, like below 0 cold. I want to be able to train indoors, while watching TV mainly, and I was wondering what the differences are between rollers and trainers.
I will be doing this on carpet since I have no hard floors in my house if that matters.
I can spend like 180 on something, which allows a Performance Fluid Trainer (I hear fluid is the best?)
What is better, rollers or trainers, and why?
Is there anything else I should know

|I have a cycleops fluid+ that I use 3 or 4 times weekly and I love.
I suppose rollers would let you develop a perfect spin---but your stamina and balance better be up to par---there was a story a while back about a guy who bled to death in his living room after falling off rollers---went right through his glass topped coffee table.
Get some Coach Troy DVDs or tapes from Spinervals.com
