|I've been working on form and for me it was merely trying to keep my back flat rather than hunched.
To keep my shoulders relaxed.
To keep my elbows in.
To bend my elbows.
To breathe evenly.
Heel even not up.
Even cadence, just this side of not bouncing.
I think it's been going well as I've gotten better at holding it over distances, whereas before most times I'd regress and slouch.
It seemed like the Tour analysists could tell if a guy was in trouble when he broke form. Is that right?
ANyway, is this right and is there any other key things to remember.
