I think I have these--the single-sided Ultegra SPDs?

Any Shimano SPD cleat will work. If you can still find "road" SPD cleats with pontoons, those are nice, since they support the shoe a little better when you're walking, but aside from that, any MTB SPD cleat will do. You have the choice between fixed and float, of course, depending on which cleat you use, but that's fairly clear from the cleat descriptions.

I think Sheldon Brown has an SPD cleat compatibility chart on his pages, if you want to get REALLY anal about it!
