|Anyone know what might cause the outside of my left arch to be really achy while on the bike? Mainly while pedaling. The cleat looks like it might have canted a little bit, so I think that might be the cause. Any other ideas?
Also, my back tends to bother me while I'm riding. Its not in the bones, though, it feels like my delt and lattimus dorsi are bothering me mostly--its also mostly on one side. Any streches or lifting routines you can suggest?

|Not sure how to help the back problem, but the foot ache sounds like a cleat adjustment. If its only happening to one foot, check the alignment on the cleat. I have used both speedplays and dura-ace cleats. Dura-ace is a little more forgiving than speedplay from a cleat setup.
Hope it helps.
