To EBAY and this board, thanks!PaulCL

About two weeks ago I posted a question on this board whether to try to sell my cracked Colnago bititan frame. My instint was to leave the frame in the basement collecting dust. The consensus of this board was to put it on EBAY with full disclosure. Well, I took your advice.

I listed it on EBAY and it sold this morning for $365! I'm shocked. I fully disclosed the crack and even sent photo's to everyone who requested them. Once repaired, the buyer has himself a great frame.

Thanks for the input everyone. Now I have $365 to spend on bike stuff....ooh....what to buy first.....????

"I rode that great frame for six years and I'm attached to it. It deserves better than Wednesday morning's trash."

That's called good karma. Now you can blow the $365 on a pair of matching his and hers "Colnago" tattoos.

But since I now ride an Aegis, the "Colnago" tattoo just wouldn't work.

I've "discovered" the joys of selling stuff on EBAY. In the last month, I've cleared my basement of over $600 worth of stuff. The $600 will pay for the new Tsunami frame plus Veloce components to go on it with a few bucks to spare. Yippee....I get to go shopping.

....maybe I'll bid on those stained ASSos bibshorts....NOT

I told you that you would be amazed. I am indeed wise and great. But never mind that, I'm probably not going out on a limb to predict at least a $50.00 bid for the decorated Assos shorts from an above post. Seen in that light I figure you got ripped off:)

How much if the seller is a chick and posts her pic?
