as I am driving back to Vancouver from Big D. Do you think it is worth my while to visit Colorado Cyclist while passing through Springs or should I just continue on up to Boulder and check out some of the shops there. Which ones are best, as I am mostly looking for cycling gear, not bikes. Any help appreciated and thanks.
maybe just look at the catalog when you get home andKSC

stop at something more interesting on your back. But that's just me. Otherwise Excel Sports in Boulder might be a good pick - they have a small showroom, but they run their warehouse out of the same buildling. Depends what you're going for I guess.

I stopped by Colorado Cyclist earlier this month while on vacation. It's a relatively small storefront - not a whole lot of stuff, at least not in comparision to what they show in the catalog. Seemed to be a nice shop, but nothing I'd go out of my way to visit again.

CC has small showroom but its attached to the huge warehouse, just ask what you want in the catalog and they will go inside the warehouse and get it for your. I just use CC then LBS since there so much cheaper and the driving distance is close.
CC store not that impressiveDaveG

I was in Colorado Springs a while back and made a pilgrimage to CC. I was dissapointed. Much of the catalog stuff in not in the store. Its really no better than many shops I have visited. I would not go out of my way to get there
