Is it a pain to maintain them? They ask you to lube the cleats weekly. Is there any up and down play or rocking when clipped in? How is it walking with the Speedplay cleats? Anything you do or don't like about them?

Thanks

Ive put a few thousand miles on my Zero Ti's and I love them :-) Ive gotten no up and down rock at all. Walking in them is a pain unless you have the coffee cup covers, which I highly reccomend. As far as lubing them weekly, before every few rides i drop just a dot or two of lube on the cleats after i lube my chain. that seems to do the trick. I have 0 complaints about them whatsoever!

No play here either. The only problem I've had was the cleat base not staying tight. A little red Loctite and a T-handle phillips driver solved that.

I started spraying a small! amount of t9 on the spring and that seems to last about 500-650 miles before the squeky again. And as far lubing them goes it is really easy.
