|It is a car you neurotic maniac. Why are so many cyclist preoccupied with order and cleanliness. He's a dog, they shed and so do you unless you have gone bald.|

|Labs are the greatest guys, my last "kid" Toby was a mix of lab and golden retrivere, He was 18 when I had to have him put to sleep, that was just too hard I sore I would never get another guy and I haven't its just too hard to see them go. Just think get back on your bike and your son will be there waiting to greet you after ever ride, always happy and smiling. enjoy your new kid and your new house.
Be Safe out On The Roads!!!!!!!

|Thanks. I won't say the town, but it is in Bergen County and it is 106 years old. The whole house is stone as are the pillars on the porch. The previous owners added on a new kitchen, family room and full bath 4 years ago.
They were approached to make it a historical home but declined as they didn't want to be limited when they added on. It still can be made a historical home but I would need to let the public in twice a year. I don't even want some of my own f$%#ing family over twice a year let alone the public. LOL It is a great old house though. I wouldn't live in a new home. As far as price, let's just say that you get nothing like this under $350,000 and mine has a boat load of charm and curb appeal. I am very lucky because the attached picture is a home in my area that goes for $365,000. I would rather die than live in that home for a similar price to my home. But that is the market where I live, razy. Needless to say that I gave asking price to avild a price war.
