I am vacationing next week up in the Lenox (and thereabouts) area next week and need good riding recommendations. May bring both road and mountain bikes and want to know some good roads (routes) and trails to ride.

THANKS!!
Maybe some help...peter1

I've ridden both around there years ago, but don't remember anything specific. However, there's an outdoor shop in Williamstown that sells bikes and is very knowledgeable about the local trails in the area. In the Northampton area, there's good riding around the Quabbin reservoir, an a good bike shop in Amherst that can tell you good routes and is a starting point for group rides.

. My wife went to Amherst and my brother to Williams, so i used to spend a lot of time in the area. Might be a bit muddy to mtb it, however, with the hurricane expected to hit. I'd stick with the road bike if space is an issue.
me too - not sure when but sometime soonwolfereeno

I think I'll be near Great Barrington. My sister has a house up there but I don't really know the area. Please send me any routes you find!

Thanks
