I hate using the damn trainer. Its 70 out and I'm riding inside. What's up with that anyway? Riding inside. I can hear my mothers voice inside my head, "Don't ride that bike inside the house..." Oh well.

I ride once a week inside. Its usually for about 3-4 hours. I find it helps perfect my spinning, its constant so my legs are getting more of a work out and I change it up a little resistance wise but nothing to hard. Its really good for endurance rides when its to hot out or to cold or crazy weather. Yes it can be tedious if you dont occupy your mind. The first 90 minutes are the hardest but after that, its easy. I think it is really good for racers. Just make sure you have: alot of videos to choose from, 2 fans if possible, good cable, plenty to drink and caller id so you dont answer unecessary calls :)

It keeps my legs fresh so I can TEAR off the legs of the weekend riders with sadistic rage! mm yeah! It took some practice to make it a weekly ritual but it dopes pay off on the road. Especially in pace lines

If you look downstate you see that here in Normal it was dry all day 'til about 9pm. Sixty miles to the west it rained all day. It's good to be Normal.
