in all of his listings he requests being contacted before bidding (at which point he/she will inform the prospective bidder of the minimum). Why doesn't he just set a reserve? I guess to make his auctions more attractive and to reduce the costs. The seller has probably been using ebay for years but must change his id all the time due to the negative feedback that arises when an auction ends with a super low bid and he renegs.

Just my take on it..

The listing shows 2 being available. Also it is possible to hijack user ids. Wouldn't trust this one either!
