I am looking for a Campy Bib, but all sites I go to refer to sizing as M, L etc. with no guidance in terms of inches. I have a 33" waist, I was wondering if I need to order Large or Medium. Thanks in advance for your responses.

Every chart I've seen sizes by height...there's one at http://www.cbike.com/campy_bibs.htm I'm 5'8" with about the same waist as you and I bought mediums. They fit fine, although I wouldn't want them any smaller. They've become my favorites out of Nalini, Giordana, Assos and Nike (Assos and Nikes are shorts though). I got the Metal Reflective Trim version from bicycleblowout.com for $89, but it looks like cbike has them on sale now for $79.

My guess is Medium would be 1st choice, but I think Large would probably also work. I have about a 36" waist and I have Large. I'm also 5'10". The Large size is snug on me - a Medium sure wouldn't work for me, but an X-Large probably would. If you're 5'10" or taller, I'd probably go to the Large.

By the way - you've got to be pretty careful about what you order to make sure you get the right thing. In 2003 Campy makes a "Metal Reflective Trim Bib Short" and a "Metal Racing Bib." I have the former, and I really like it. The latter is a different color and style, maybe it's geat also, but I couldn't say. It looks like some places may be selling last year's stuff (may be fine - just don't know) or may not be giving it quite the right name.
