Numbness in my right foot(2 posts)

Numbness in my right footcyclingforhealth

During my last couple of rides I have been experienceing tingling turning to numbness in my foot. I don't know if it is the way I am holing my foot, or if I have my shoes too tight. Could it be my shoes? They are made by Cannondale. Or could it be my pedals? They are Shimano PD-M324 pedals. I don't want to occur an injury, because I am doing so well.

Try loostening your shoe just a bit. It's a pretty common problem. A cyclists feet will sometimes swell during a ride requiring the shoes to be loostened during the ride.
