Do you ride when you're sick?PmbH

I find that some light exercise when I have a cold or flu actually boosts my energy level and makes me feel better. Perhaps its solely a placebo effect, but I feel that I actually get over a cold/flu faster if I get some exercise.

If the weather is warm, I'll do some short rides while I'm sick. I stick to my regular intensity, but I drop the time in the saddle. Is this a good or bad idea? What do others do?
yes, low intensity, unless it's in my lungs nmDougSloan

A cold or even a sinus infection, I'll probably go out buit go easy. If I am really sick, though, forget it.
