But I have their Knobby X Cyclocross bike. I've had the bike for 2-1/2 years and probably 11k miles (thus I feel good about discussing them). I think Kelly makes a pretty nice bike for the $$$. The weld quality and powdercoat paint have been great on my bike. If I had one complaint it would be that they use decals on top of the paint instead of under a clear coat. For muddy cross rides the dirt gets under the decals pretty quick. On the other hand you can buy NEW decals from Kelly and make your bike look like new again if this is an issue.

As far as dealing with the company they have always been prompt answering my e-mails and even put a picture of my ride on their website (see "Chicagoland cruiser" on their website). FWIW you probably won't get too many comments on Kelly here as they are a pretty small builder and are known more for their MTB's and CX bikes. They are definitely unique though!

Finally, I noticed that there is a Bone Stock for sale on eBay right now... Too big for me but may interest you... http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3625726307&category=7298
