Well it's that time again and we're up for sponsorship renewals as well as trying to finalize next years packages with new sponsors.
What in your minds is a win-win for sponsors as well as teams? Keep in mind this is for a State/Regional team.

I probably can't answer your question, but then I don't really understand what you are asking. Maybe you can explain exactly what you want?

You want to be crisp and on message about the market space that the sponsorship opportunity competes in. Let the potential partner know that his target demo can be reached through the exposure you are bringing to the table. If not through primary contact, through follow on and trickle down. Never let him forget that any buzz around his branding piece is good for his logo cache. Any sharp dressed jr. exec will recognize the value proposition and be willing to front funds. Your value prop is of course foldable cash available for Capex and Opex to advance your core competencies and show the flag for your sponsorship partners.

When you are on the same page, you take it forward. Now, let's take a lunch.

I have a hard stop at 1 sharp. We are deep in the go-to-market process for a new offering and it's imperative that I focus on the paradigm shift this will bring. Meanwhile, I have to face-up with finance for the funding and must convince the team that the value/payoff will be achieved within the current cycle. Tough stuff. Thanks for the thought.

Yeah. And be sure your report has that cover sheet next time. I'll forward a copy of last week's memo.
so what you're saying is I need more flair? nmmohair_chair
