|Recovering from hilly rides||bent_spoke|

|As I mentioned in prev post, I did a 135mi ride over 2days & it included alot of hills. I was wondering about recovery time before you take on some thing else.
My legs have been a bit tired going up hills last week, but good when it's flat or rolling. I feel in good shape & I wanted to try a Mt ride. Mt Greylock (MA) is about 9mi long with a 6% avg grade (2 sections with 11%). The ride loop is about 48mi & I figured that I would give it a shot...my own little Alp d'heuz (not really, but a taste maybe).
It be really helpful to get some input on the recovery time & things that help to speed it up. Thanks in advance.
