Long-term reviews on Starship frames?Bulldozer

Anybody have some long-term (1yr+) thoughts to share on their Starship frames? It doesn't matter which one you're riding Orbea, Abici, Coppi, Cinelli, etc. Any "structural" problems to report?

Not one problem I have a starship frame that was made by Klein before Clarke Metcalf of Abici took production elsewhere. Not one problem, I probably have over 11,000 miles on it over a 2.5 year span but I don't ride it all the time I use a cheap leader frame and a Airborne frame as my primary training bikes, overall couldn't be happier with the starship tubing..

I've had a Cinelli Starship for 1.5 years. The only problem concerns seat clamp/seat post noise. It has me baffled because it is getting worse. Age or neglect or materials?
Otherwise, the frame is as stiff and responsive as when I got it. I'm a borderline (ego makes me say it this way) clydesdale and thought that I would overstress the superlight frame. I had originally hoped that the frame would last about 5 years at around 7-8,000 miles a year. we will see. Are you asking because you have heard of problems, or are you just checking into buying one?

I was asking because I'm looking to buy a Cinelli Starship myself. Just trying to get rid of little questions that keep popping into my head. Thanks for the reply. If you have anything else to say about the bike, email me at pzncrrts@cyclones.com

I'd love to hear what you have to say.
