|Question about Shimano shoes...||97AccordBoy|

|I'm looking at the Shimano R214s but I'm not sure if they'll fit right. I'm currently riding with Specialized shoes, which have a relatively large toebox. Is the toebox of Shimano shoes generally a little smaller?

|Shimano makes great shoes, but don't buy them unless you can try them on. Many peoples' feet, won't work with them.
I have a pair of R210 that I use as my everyday training shoes, and a pair of R211 that I use as my race shoes. The R210 have to have 45,000 miles on them. I've had to epoxy the carbon soles back on, but the uppers have held up great.

|My shoes usually start looking dog-eaten at 1/4th the miles ;)|

|As long as they still feel good, I'll keep fixing them. They should be good for another 20,000 miles. When they go, I'll buy new ones for race use, and use the R211's for training.|| |
