the perfect saddle. You name it I have tried it folks. Aliante ,slr, era, flite, rolls, turbomatic, aspide, concor, mythos, avocet, turbos, mythos, C2, selle bassano. All these saddles listed above were ridden for various periods of time. Some lasting a few days because they were so uncomfortable, others more succesful a months but never any any stage were they pleasant to ride.
After what now seems like an endless search I have now found the one true saddle. Fizik pave! Correct shape that makes the saddle disappear underneath you is the secret to a perfect saddle and now that I have discovered what works I will never ride another saddle again.
you should've asked me soonerterry b

Now I have the Poggio on my road bike and Pave on my track bike and I love them both. After just over 5 hours in the saddle today my butt wasn't sore at all with the Poggio. That made me quite happy! :)

Cheers,
Nick

Only mine is the WTB SST, their original model with no "Luv" channel. Ironically I bought my first one to replace a Koski torture device on my Giant NRS mountain bike. Mountain bikes are not good test machines for saddles because you're on an off them so much and never in the same position for long but it felt good. I decided to give one a try on my road bike to replace a Selle Italia Trans Am. Love at first sit and an SST now resides on all my bikes. Glad to hear you found your true butt mate. Not everyone is so lucky. Wonder what the divorce rate is for saddles?

Hate the Pave. Used it for three days. Dubbed it the p**state prod. Tried its sister, the Vitesse, which I stole from my wife. Been using Vitesses ever since.
