I rode a ten mile ride today. I was very tired from my twenty mile ride. My legs were very sore. Some days riding is easy and sometimes it is very hard for me.
Easy and hard days are how it should be....rwbadley

Relax.

With any luck you'll have many easy and hard days ahead.

congratulations on doing your 10 miler. When you're tired it's all too easy to just skip a day -- problem is 1 missed day can become 2, etc. With experience you'll learn when you are REALLY too tired to ride. We all get tired and sometimes it's a struggle to hit the road. On those days just do what you did, a nice easy spin that doesn't take a lot of energy. Chances are you'll feel rejuvenated tomorrow and will be ready to get back to your normal routine.

Ten miles or twenty miles, legs sore or full of energy, easy or hard, 300 lbs. or l75lbs.------they mean nothing if you're suffering from the greatest malady known to man: being poor. Invest wisely. Diversify your assets. Don't take money out of your IRA to buy new wheels.

Personally I have several thousands of dollars invested in the adult entertainment industry, but mostly in the field of collectibles. This is a high maintenance collection requiring almost daily inspection and viewing of videotapes, vintage magazines, etc. but I'm confident that all the work it requires is worth it, and that the collection will appreciate in value and provide financial security in my old age. As for investing in the industry itself, I can't recommend it. As you know, it is controlled from top to bottom by the mob and you will never see a penny of return on any investment you make.

You are doing very well. It is very difficult when you decide to make a lifestyle change as you are. You are serious about this change, yes? I believe you can do it and do not forget that you can do it. Ignore the naysayers because they can drag you down. I wish you well.
