|I have a pair of Nike Poggios, standard road shoes, I suppose. Do I need some type of interface to attach Speedplay's intricate looking cleats?
Another quick question:
Speedplay vs. Bebop? Any thoughts?

|I don't know about interface or the Bebops, but I have heard good things about them. I am very happy with my X2's, over 3,500 miles on them and no problems. There is a more float compared to some pedals which is good if you have any knee problems and dual sided entry is a big plus.|

|The answers about shoe compatibility are on the website. The cleats mount with an adapter that has the LOOK 3-hole pattern. They work great with Sidi shoes. The cleat fits right into the recessed area of the sole.
Speedplays are easy to get into and have lots of float. Some folks have a little trouble getting used to all the float. The new zero pedal has adjustable float. I switched from LOOK pedals 5 years ago. No regrets.

|I also use Poggio's with my X-2's. Everything you need comes with the pedals. Real easy to attach. Great pedals. I offer you this however: Buy the cleat caps. My poggio's wore down on the heel from trying to walk without the caps. They are worth every penny.|

|I think I'm going for the Speedplays.
