|I ride 200+ a week. I normally ride pretty hard. I do tough hills / intervals about 2 times a week.
My right knee has been starting to hurt at times. Only when I am down on the bars going aero and pulling the full circle trying to put near maximum power into the wheels. Cadence of 90-105 RPM. It does not hurt when I power up from a stop, out of the seat or when I am just cruising.
It is only the right knee. Sometimes it is the front of the knee sometimes it is the back tendons.
Should I be concerned? Should I change something in the bike set up?
I have my seat set highth wise fairly normal. About an inch forward from normal (I like to spin it up). The bars are about 2" below the seat. The top bar / stem length seems pretty standard for my build.
Right now it does not effect my riding or fun, but I do not want it to get worse.
