|I'm looking for a good training/riding log for my HP iPAQ (with Microsoft PocketPC operating system). Freeware, of course would be nice. Please let me know of any (URL, e-mail address, whatever). Thanks.|

|If I don't find one, would you care to share your spreadsheet (better than starting from scratch)? Let me know. Thanks.|

|The program below looks interesting, post back or e-mail me and let me know if it works and if you like it. here's my e-mail: dtufts #at# djplaw.com
I record in the ss all of the data I get from my astrale computer and heart rate monitor, In a row like this:
date, hrm total time, time in hr zone, time above hr zone, distance, max speed, ave. speed, time from astrale, brief text description of route (i.e., "home to marina and back")
each column is a new ride.
If you find anything interesting, be sure to post and share.

I've been using it for a year or so. It's not cycling specific, but you can track your data with it. And it lets you view your data in lots of ways. Bar graphs monthly weekly, yearly. It's not freeware, but it's less than $25.
