Admit it you all love it!If it were not for these it would be a rather slow and boring board.

This most recent troll eruption unfolded rather nicely, though.OldEdScott

Kind of drew people in with a sentimental sob story (helped along by gender confusion in the 'not ready for lycra' thread; there are STILL people who think it's a 306-pound WOMAN supposedly tear-assing around Marin County on a 'bent).

Problem is, while it got off the ground great, the narrative didn't go anywhere, and had little promise of dramatic developments. So it proceeded to get so lame it was OBVIOUSLY a troll.

Nice try though. I for one see this new, subtle approach as as a positive step up from the raucous RRP days.

If we get an option on the story maybe the movie will be better?

All of this has been hilarious, you guys - thanks for making my lunch break!

he was listening to music and taking digital pictures while riding his bent down a SF hill... but when the bike flipped and his huge 306-pound carcass landed SPLAT on the pavement, and he felt what was surely blood and spinal fuild leaking from his shattered back ... he realized ... it was water! His Camelback had saved him!

You know, could have gotten crazy like that. For our health.

Some guy "Ian" supposedly owned a stable of rare Colnagos and had trophy wives and a vinyard in California and was exposed in the hugely lengthy thread "Rabobank only has opne office". Another troll named Goatroper built up all this sympathy by claiming to have contracted cancer and he eventually died. His "widow" named Biba came on the forum with a post thanking for all the sympathy. Finally someone called her/him on it and the whole ruse was exposed.
