The Record Hiddenset on my Merckx Team Sc repeatedly came loose for the first 5 or so rides. I readjusted each time and disassembled once, to ensure I had put it together correctly.

It's been about 300 miles since the last readjust. No problems at all sincec. I spoke with one of the tech guys at Easton and he said these headsets frequently take a few rides to seat in, after which they tend to be pretty much maintenance free.

No problems - only a slight seating in I suspect then all has been well.

about 15k on my 01 Bianchi. Had problems keeping it tight up until about 500 miles. Seems to have settled in with no problems.

Surprisingly, no real issues with either. I'd plan on adjusting the headset after the first few hundred miles after all parts have had a chance to run-in. This seems to the trick for me.
