... a local shop owner has this on loan for a couple weeks!

A customer loaned us his early 1900s Pierce-Arrow track bike. We'll have it on display in the shop through next week - check it out! Wood rims, leather saddle; nearly everything original.

Be the bike.

...wouldn't you just want to take it out for a ride to see how it performs next to a modern marvel?

the seat/post and bar/stem increase the head tube and seat tube angles, other wise the frame would be unrideable. Its like they did have the ability or technology to cut the tubes to create the steeper frame angles. Cool
