| Rollers, do you switch out your tires? | MKD Aug 23, 2003 9:35 AM | | I just got the dyno-myte rollers and I am wondering if they go through tires quicker. I heard you should switch tires on a trainer but I am not sure about rollers. Please let me know. Thanks |
| Not worth the effort | Eric_H Aug 23, 2003 9:50 AM | | The tire wear on rollers is not significant, it is definitely less than on the road. The most important thing for roller riding is to have them properly inflated. Enjoy those Kreitlers, I have a set of Dyno-Lytes and they are so smooth. |

| Yes and know. | djg Aug 25, 2003 7:37 AM | | I tend to throw something heavier on in the winter, which is when I tend to use the rollers more. But session-by-session, no. The wear just hasn't been that bad that I'd want to bother swapping wheels (much less just tires). |
| Now that has to be one of my more interesting typos of late. (nm | djg Aug 25, 2003 11:25 AM | | |
