I've been riding Pave for a couple weeks so I cant comment on durability but they seem very good to me. They give a pretty nice ride and feel very secure when cornering.

I've had several sets of pave's. They ride really well, close to the feel of a tubular tire. Unfortunately, they're not very durable. I've had lots of flats with them, and worn them out quickly.

The Gommitalia Targa is made by the same people and basically the same tire as the pave', but 20 gr heavier and the extra weight is all in the tread. I've found the Targa to have the same ride as the Pave' but it's quite a bit more durable. The Targa is my favorite clincher tire. Not as nice as my Dugast and silk Clement tubulars, but a heck of a lot more practical!
