I am looking for a software package. It must have some specifics. I hope someone can help. I would like the software to monitor calarie intake and expendature. I would also like it to monitor my bicycle progress. Can anyone direct me towards something. You all were very nice yesterday to reply to my post.

Not software but I track my mileage through www.biketracker.com. They also have a new diet module which should help you out with the calorie counting. I haven't used the diet module but I've used the site for 3 years and find it helpful to track cycling mileage as well as running, swimming, etc...

Try looking at Bikeprolog.com. It has some, but perhaps
not all of what you want. Best of all, it's free of charge.
