Need a training porgram for a trainer.dave woof

My GF is riding a stationary trainer occasionally, (riding about 1 year road) I've been having her do spinning, single leg drills, etc. I was wondering if anyone has a one hour routine that she can use - I jave a simple one, i.e. warm up, 10 minutes, bigger gear for 10 mins, etc. I'm also just to lazy to work up a real routine myself. When I'm on the trainer I just ride like I do on the road.. i.e. vary it all the time.

thanks for any ideas.

I like the spinervals tapes. If you don't want to buy tapes, spinervals posts a new training program on its website each week. This is what is posted this week http://www.spinervals.com/spinlive.asp

I really like this book. A lot of good information for developing a traninig program. He includes 13 or 14 trainer drills with a variety of different focuses (foci?) For example cadence work, hills, single leg training etc. They are all one hour and pretty easy to follow.
