I am looking to order a set of shoes from them here in the next few days. I just wanted to see how people have gauged their expediency in shipping. DHL or Parcel Force Datapost are the options. DHL is nearly 2x price-wise to Parcel. Anyone have experience with this to eastern US?

Also, should i get the new Shimano Ultegra pedals or a newer set of Look pedals priced about the same {$80-100)?

I bought a Look 381 frame & using the Parcel Force I had it in less than a week here in Hawaii.

As for the pedals I have only used Looks.

I had ordered a pair of Time shoes which need a adapter and was part of the ordering process..Well when the shoes arrived no adapters..e-mail them back and Mike assured me he had sent them out on the 8th of August..After 1 week of waiting ( the shoes arrived in two days )I e-mailed him back asking for the tracking numbers so I could see if they were shipped,,,no response so here I have a pair of shoes I would like to use and had paid for with the adapters now will have to order the adapters through someone else...BOTTON LINE BECAREFUL.........

About a week ago, I ordered a pair of Sidi Energy's and Look 396 pedals from totalcycling. I used the Parcel Force option (I think it was $16).

I had the shoes & pedals in 4 days. I live in Connecticut.

Awesome prices, service, product quality.

I would definitely order from them again and use the Parcel Force option.

... if you need it fast, DHL, otherwise, Parcel Force (Royal Mail)...

My understanding is, DHL has a fast track on customs... whereas, a Parcel Force package may or may not be delayed at a port of entry.

Personally, I generally get the DHL in about 2 to 3 days (Ohio) and Parcel Force in 3 to 5...
