|I ride 172.5 and when I went to order my triple cranks they only came in 170 and 175.Not like I will really notice but I went ahead and went for the 175's.I am 6 feet tall and my Levi's jeans are 32 inseam.Just could not see going for the 170's ya know?
When people get cranks for a touring bike do they get them longer of something?
Why do they not make Veloce triple in a 172.5?

|Hey Bull, I don't even think you will notice it that much. Other than dropping your saddle height a bit.
This spring I went to order some FSA team cranks and by the time I got my order in, they didn't have 175's. So my choices were to go 172.5 or 177.5. I had riden 175's on every bike I have had since I was 18, but I decided to go up to the 177.5's. I already have a pretty good spin and cadence, so I said what the heck... I hardly notice the difference until I ride my old Super Record Merckx which has 170's on it. Then I just notice I spin a little faster, but not that much that it feels weird.
I can barely tell the difference in 7.5 mm's, so I don't think 2.5 mm will be drastic.

|they are the right cranks. Harharhar. I don't think 2.5mm will make too much difference, especially with the granny ring.|| |
