It went black at the office just as I was getting yelled at by a shareholder. Got home to Chatham, NJ with no problems and my ride was only affected by the lack of working traffic lights.

I hope those in NYC are safe and sound tonight!!!

Rumor has it that it originated from ontario, canada. Maybe they were testing the loudspeaker system for the worlds!!

I actually did not lose power and am in SE MI. Supposedly all DTE customers were out, but I only had a bit of a brownout and that's it...

Whew!

I was in the dark until 3am here in NYC. No problems as a result thankfully. Some here would say I'm still in the dark, but what do they know? :O)
