Too damn hot to ride on my day off so I thought I'd post a few more pics from Le Tour. Leading off is a pic of one of the idle time activities for the wee ones.....

One of LA's rigs waits at the prologue. Not sure if this was the one he ended up riding but it seemed like the "chosen one" from the attention it was getting from the wrenches.

Here's one taken at the start in Pau the day Tyler won the stage. The new Cervelo's are pretty nice and it was Speedplay VIP day with the team. I had a good laugh as the team wrenches tried to convince the Speedplay founder they needed carbon body pedals to match the bikes--he tried just as hard to convince the wrenches the existing pedal is much stronger than carbon.

Just curious....is Bjarne Riis a big guy? He always looks huge in pictures, esp. when he won the Tour. Of course this is all relative in a sport where 6' 160lbs is considered "big", I suppose.

Then again, maybe it's because he's always standing next to Tyler!

Just joking. But, I do enjoy the pics (and your stories, too).
Thanks for the pics, looking forward to next installment! :) nmnoveread
