Okay, perhaps a vanity question but is anyone using the light blue and black Michelin Pro Race tires on their LS? How does is look? I have black now and want to change the look; just for a change of pace.

real fast and look crappy most of the time thereafter. I'm sticking to all black (Conti GP 3000).

I ended up getting a single colored tire last time I needed
one since it was the only kevlar tire in the store at the

My opinions? The colors fade pretty good with dirt and
dust and tar and the novelty wears off sort of quick.

You might want to try it out just to see what happens but
I wasn't overly enamored of the experiment.

This picture it looks pretty good but I'd probably just
cleaned the bike. After a long ride? Not so good.

I try to dress up my Ultimate by using yellow bar tape and Michelin tires that have yellow stripes on the side. I have some yellow contis waiting when these wear out. Yeah, light colored tires get a little dirty, but so does bar tape, and we all use light colored tape.

As much as I like my ti bike, it is kinda ugly. I think the yellow tires help.
I scrounged up all the black Pro-Light tires I could find.noveread

Michelin is on my "list" for this color-coded advertising BS they are now doing. I love the pro-lights but no way am I putting those light blue tires on my LS. Found a couple all-black pro-lights in a local shop but that's all I could find. I will use those tires as pure race-only tires and use all-black pro-races for my fast training tires.

i think they look great! combined with the right decals, it makes for a beautiful combination. it gives the titanium a blueish tint and mentally the blue tires make the bike look lighter. unless your off-roading, yes the tires will get dirty. but just wipe'em down with a damp cloth
