I would like to improve my cadence turn, either with different types of drills, any help would be great.

|Is your goal to increase your cadence, or increase efficiency and "quality" of your pedal stroke while pedaling high cadence?
I do high-cadence intervals, turning a high cadence 125-135 for 30 seconds for 5 or so sets on flats or when going slightly down hill. Go into lowest gear (or nearly so) to do these. After doing these, a cadence of 110 seems like nothing. Also, work specifically on pedal form overall, with focus on powering through most of the pedal stroke. I'll do this at varying cadences from 90 up to 120 and terrain can be uphill, downhill, or flat. I do these exercises on rides where I'm specifically focusing on pedal stroke.

|A saddle set too high or too far back will detract from your cadence, particularly one set too high. As a rough guide, be sure that your heel will drop well below horizontal with your leg locked out at the bottom of the stroke. If not, the saddle is too high.|| |
