Choosing New Tiresgildomilo

Hi All,
I don't need new tires yet, but I'm looking to replace the enormous tires that came on my fuji touring bike. It came with Alex X-2100 Rims which are pretty darn close to what I have on my MTB. The tires are 700 x 30cc Ritchey Tom Slicks. They seem bigger then 30cc although I haven't measured them. I am contemplating getting a pair of Conti-Top Tours. Does anyone know the minimum width I can get away with on these rims? If not is there a reference site that I can check with?
Thanks,
GIl

The odds are good that you can easily get much smaller tires on your rims. Sheldon Brown tells all. BTW, 30 cc is a volumetric measurement and has nothing to do with tire width, which is measured in mm.
