|i sent litespeed 2 eamils about two weeks ago asking for info on one of their bikes and still have not revieved a reply. does litespeed always have such poor customer service.|

|Litespeed, as is the case with most large-ish bicycle manufacturers, is not really well equipped to deal with questions from consumers. The whole point of having dealers is that you go to the dealer, and ask them the questions, and for info. From the shop perspective, they have among the best customer service in the industry - but e-mail isn't really a good venue for questions.
If you have a question, call them up. Or better, call your nearest dealer.

|I have sent several emails to Litespeed about different issues when I was looking at used Litespeed frames. ALWAYS they respond if not the same day the next day. Very pleased ....|| |
