After our weekly race I noticed that several riders were letting the air out of their tires. Do they run their pressures so high they fear fatiguing or stretching the tire? What is going on? I feel stupid asking them.
Should I do this? How high do you have to run the pressure to need to do this?

Lower to 60-75 lbs. If they are nylon, don't bother, unless they are going to sit in a 160 deg. car.
I wouldn't unless they will be in a very hot car for long.nmHigh Gear

Packed my bike in the car this morning. I went to my group ride tonight and opened the back of my SUV and the front tire was flat. The tube exploaded. Temps were 100 degrees today. Inside the car was probably 150 degrees during the day. I'm going to bring my bike in the office>
